and the person who makes a purchase at the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer). The agreement applies to all orders and to all users making orders at website, and enters into force from the date of placement and payment of the order by the buyer and the order confirmation by the shop. All prices in store are in EURO currency including tax 21% VAT, shipping costs excluded. Shipping cost will be calculated separately at the checkout and will be added to the purchase price. The shop is not responsible for the additional costs incurred in obtaining the goods resulting from the law of another country (eg ext. Tax revenues). If the customs service returns the goods to the seller, all postage costs (including those associated with the shipment of goods to the buyer) are covered by the buyer.
Registered as well as unregistered users can shopping at the online store. The delivery address information provided by the user, must be complete and truthful. In the event of delivery problems due to an incorrect address provided by the user, the order is deemed executed and the money is not returned to the buyer until the goods return to the seller. For more information about payment, delivery and return of goods, you can find a way in “Payment Options” and “Shipping” and “Return Policy”, respectively. These sections are an integral part of the distance contract.
The order is accepted only after the buyer has fully paid for the goods ordered, and the store has confirmed receipt of payment. In the case of money transfer between different banks, the process of receiving your payment may be delayed for 1-2 days. Shop undertakes within 3 working days from payment receiving to carry out its processing (if the parties have not agreed for another term). In case of failure to fulfill an order or delay the store communicates with the buyer via phone or email to discuss the conditions of the cancellation or renewal of the term of the order.
According to the law on protection of the rights of consumers of Latvia, the Buyer has the right within 14 days since goods have been received unilaterally break the distance contract and return the product to the store. According to Article 12 paragraph 6 the buyer takes full responsibility for the safety of the goods during the period of the right of return. The returned goods must be unused, in original package with manufacturers sealing, undamaged with all accessories. If the item or packaging has any physical damage (burnt, chipped, cracked, seals broken, etc) or if there are accessories missing, we reserve the right to decline returning or keep up to 50% of purchased item price to restock it as “refurbished”. Buyer is responsible for all returning charges. Detailed return process has been described in “Return Policy” section.
The warranty period for the purchased goods – 12 months from date of purchase. The warranty covers defects made by the manufacturer. The quality of the material, color, style and other characteristics of the goods that the buyer does not comply with the opinion stated, are not defects. Product color on the screen may differ from the actual as a consequence of the different features of screens. The warranty also does not apply to goods damaged due to improper use or maintenance. To obtain warranty service, the buyer must provide proof of purchase. In case of warranty and if repair is not possible, the goods will be replaced by equivalent. If the exchange is not possible, the store can offer the customer a discount or a refund of the full purchase price. The refund is made in the same way as the order was paid.
By making a purchase at the store buyer fully agrees with all the terms of this distance contract.
